The Huaying scale production workshop has an area of 40,000 square meters with 1,000 workers on the production line, and 300 management engineers. We utilize 68 sets of CNC machining centers, 56 automatic welding robots, 20 automatic glue coaters, 2 full-automatic electrostatic spray coating lines, 5 large-scale press brakes and shear machines, 95 sets of hydraulic equipment, 43 injection molding machines, and 1 fully automatic printing line. We can produce 20,000 commercial scales each day.
Production workshop
1. Production workshop of plastic components
The injection molding production workshop has an area of 1200 square meters, 86 professional technicians, 42 injection molding machines with specifications ranging from 200g-1200g. This workshop can produce more than 60,000 sets of plastic components for scales each day. The scale components produced in this workshop have excellent consistency and durability and can pass significant drop tests.
Our factory has 20 sets of autonomous robots. This equipment manipulates materials, molds, and stacks completely independently and automatically. Robots minimize labor costs, improve the product quality and precision and reduce product losses caused by manual operation.

2. Production workshop of metal parts
The metal parts workshop is 1,200 square meters with 82 employees, 63 sets of hydraulic tensile machines, spot welding machines and press machines. In this workshop we perform material cutting, drawing, punching, trimming, crimping, and so on. All the equipment is outfitted with an automatic infrared ray protector. This workshop can produce 50,000 scale plates and more than 20,000 sets of stainless steel fittings of electronic platform display instruments daily.
Stretcher line
This section has 10 sets of hydraulic tensile machines and can do stretch processing with various types of materials. The main production is the steel shell of the scales' displays. By stretch processing, we enhance production strength and provide reasonable assembly space for production.
Automatic welding robots
This section has 56 sets of automatic welding robots and mainly weld types for hardware fittings such as stands, stand columns, and plates. This section has the ability of welding automatically to reduce manual operation and labor costs.
High-speed press machines
This section has 10 sets of high-speed presses and realizes unmanned production to reduce labor costs and errors. This section mainly produces various types of hardware fittings. The output is considerable and the products have good consistentency.

3. Sensor workshop
The Huaying sensor production has a 10,000 square meter production floor, more than 400 employees, 120 sets of CNC milling machines, 22 sets of automatic sand blasting machines, and 12 sets of automatic gumming machines. The main operations of this workshop include cutting and blanking, NC drilling, sand blasting, patching, gelatinizing, welding, debugging and packaging. For weighing apparatus outfitted with these sensors, its weighing range is from 100g to 5T with a precision within 1g. Meanwhile, the sensor can be used as parts of weighing apparatus for both foreign and domestic partners.

This section has 10 sets of high precision fiber laser marking machines. With the matched work fixture, we can minimize errors caused by traditional production and double production efficiency.

This section has 10 welding lines and complete testing equipment sets. We can carefully control the process of testing the quality of sensors interior welds to ensure that the electronic fittings of the sensors.
Strain gauge line
This section has 1 laser cutting machine, 4 sets of mechanical shears, and 2 sets of high precision after-development inspection equipment. We replace traditional microscopes with large projectors

4. Electronic fittings workshop
This workshop has an area of 4000 square meters, more than 200 employees and chip burners, chip mounters, insertion machines, wave-soldering machines and so on. This workshop mainly produces electronic fittings including displays, mainboards, and keyboard plates. It can 60,000 sets(180000 units) of electronic fittings daily and all the products pass reliability testing before coming into the assembly workshop.
5. Assembly workshop of electronic scale
10,000 square meters workshop with more than 300 employees and 22 assembly lines. This workshop can assemble lab scales, price computing scales, weight scales, kitchen scales, printing scales, medical scales and so on. The workshop features an aging section for ensuring the quality and durability of the scales as they leave the facility.
